"McChin" is a combination of the last names of the two principals and entrepreneurs of McChin LLC. McMinn is Bridget's last name, and Chin is Kim's.

Bridget and Kim have extensive business development, public relations and marketing experience in a wide variety of industries, and in both the public and private sectors. We formed The McChin Group formed in 2003, to provide clients with specialized business development, public relations, business planning, strategic alliances, executive coaching and global networking services.

Bridget is a home grown North Carolinian with a 20-year track record in strategic marketing, international business development and special event management.

Born in Singapore and educated in the U.S., Kim has spent his lifetime living, working and learning on both sides of the Pacific Rim. Kim's professional portfolio includes 20-years of senior management experience in business development, public relations, and marketing.
