When Kim was the Director of Development for a large transit agency, he was giving some guests a tour of our new operations facility. The agency had spent a considerable sum to get state-of-the-art equipment, and he was happy to point out the gizmos and gadgets that all this new stuff was going to do.

Halfway through the tour, one of my guests, a lady in her seventies, stopped Kim and said, "Son," "You have spent he last 20-minutes showing us the whackamos (her term for gizmos), but it's not going to make one d*** bit of difference if you don't know how to use it!"
